What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is as low as 10 to 100 pieces, depending on the product. This helps small businesses and new brands start easily without heavy investment.
Can I customize the label and packaging?
Yes! You can fully customize your labels, logos, and packaging design. Our team helps create packaging that matches your brand style and vision.
How long does it take to deliver the final products?
Once your design is approved, your products are usually ready within 7-14 working days depending on the order size and complexity.
Do I need to provide my own formula or can I use 3DFM’s formulas?
You can choose from our tried-and-tested formulas (whitening, glow, acne, hairfall, etc.) — or if you have your own formula, we can manufacture it for you.
Does 3DFM provide business or marketing support?

Can I visit your facility or discuss in person?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash for in-person orders. A partial advance is required to confirm your order.
If I have multiple products, can they be packed together as a kit?
